With a background in medicine, education, and storytelling, Joseph is a writer completing an MFA in Creative Writing & Literature at Stony Brook University, where he also works as a Graduate Assistant. He also serves as an editor for The Bias Magazine and social media coordinator for the Institute for Christian Socialism. He is an alum of the Seventh Wave Narrative Shifts program. He is the CRAFT Literary Short Fiction Prize 2025 first-place winner, and his stories have also appeared, won awards, or are forthcoming in LIGHT, Creation Mag, Beyond Words Magazine, and other literary magazines. He also serves as a reader for The Masters Review.
Joseph holds an A.B. in Education Studies from Brown University. You can find him climbing, cheering for the Bengals, or meal-prepping for him and his wife.
